By downloading or using any application developed by Approvo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.
Our apps are provided "as is" for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse our apps or attempt to access them through unauthorized means.
All content, features, and functionality within our apps are owned by Approvo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Approvo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to our apps at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Approvo ("we," "our," or "us") built Name Tag as a party game for iOS. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used. We believe in collecting as little data as possible — Name Tag has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no user accounts.
Name Tag stores the following data locally on your device using standard iOS storage. This data never leaves your device:
Name Tag offers an optional online multiplayer mode powered by Google Firebase. If you choose to use this feature, the following data is transmitted to Firebase servers to facilitate gameplay:
This data exists only for the duration of active game sessions and is used solely to enable real-time multiplayer gameplay. Firebase's privacy policy is available at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
Name Tag also supports nearby multiplayer using Apple's MultipeerConnectivity framework. This transmits game data directly between devices over local Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. No data reaches any external server during local multiplayer sessions.
Name Tag offers a one-time premium purchase through Apple's StoreKit. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store any payment information.
Name Tag does not use any analytics or crash reporting SDKs, does not display advertisements or perform ad tracking, does not collect device identifiers or fingerprints, does not access your location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone, does not create user accounts, does not sell or share data with third parties, and does not perform any cross-app tracking.
Name Tag is suitable for all ages. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The only personal data handled is first names voluntarily entered during gameplay, which are used solely for the game session.
Local data remains on your device until you delete the app. Online multiplayer data exists only for the duration of a game session. We do not maintain long-term storage of gameplay data on external servers.
